ABOUT US
Le Allure Club is a curated bazaar that champions local creativity and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to provide a platform for emerging talents and businesses by showcasing their products in an inspiring and accessible space. Our event features a wide range of high-quality, unique items, including handmade crafts, artisanal goods, fashion, wellness products, and gourmet food, all proudly made by local artisans and entrepreneurs.
ADVOCACY
In a time wherein people cycle through fast fashion and large fashion heads are prioritized, people forget to slow down and appreciate the work behind the piece, instead, they end up losing sight of true artistry with passion and sustainability. At Le Allure Collective, we want to bring back that spark by offering a dynamic platform that showcases and promotes eco‒friendly and sustainable local brands through a pop‒up market model. Our commitment to supporting sustainable and local pieces is not a fad or a trend but a promise to promote these locally owned brands in a shared space of community and culture.

1 OUR RATES
This fee covers both days of the event. Merchants have to secure full or 50% downpayment on or before October 25, 2025

The fees mentioned above include booth space only. Please note that booth assignments may be subject to change if any unforeseen circumstances arise. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on how early payment is made.

3 REGISTER NOW
1. Fill out the merchant application form
2. Once approved, team will review and approve your profile.
3. Settle down payment
4. Submit the following at least 2 weeks
before the event through e-mail.

4 PAYMENT
Merchants must settle the payment to secure their slot. A 50% down payment is required to confirm the reservation. Failure to settle the downpayment by this date will result in cancellation of the reservation. Full payment must be settled 1 week before the event.

Merchants are responsible for setting up their own booths, including the provision of tables, chairs, and displays. The organizer will not provide any additional furnishings (tables & chairs). Alternatively, you may opt to rent out from the organizer at an additional cost.
Confirmed reservations are non-cancellable. Payments are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

EVENT SETUP AND OPERATION
Ingress: November 13, 2025 at 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Event Hours: 11am - 7pm
Egress: November 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS/REMINDERS
1. Only goods and services described in the merchant’s application may be sold during the event. Any changes in the products being sold must be approved by the organizer.
2. All food vendors must adhere to the health and safety regulations imposed by local authorities. Proper food handling & hygiene must be ensured by the merchant.
3. Merchants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the organizer may result in removal from the event without a refund.
4. The organizer is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of property.
5. The booth layout will be determined by our team and will not be finalized until five days before the event. Please note that the layout remains subject to change up until this time.
6. This is to ensure that competing brands are not placed next to each other and that brands using appliances are positioned closest to the sockets.
7. Merchants requiring electricity or additional utilities must request these services in advance (food booths have priority).
8. Tables and chairs are not provided by the organizers. Merchants must bring their own tables and chairs, but chairs may be borrowed from the Living Room (limited supply).
9. Merchants must bring their own extension cords if needed

1. Is LPG allowed?
- No LPG or open fire cooking allowed
- Only electrical cooking appliances permitted
2. Can I join for 1 day only?
- No partial participation unless you find a co-merchant to cover the other days
- Rate remains the same (P10,000 or P10,500), even if joining for fewer days
