EVENT SETUP AND OPERATION
Ingress: November 13, 2025 at 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Event Hours: 11am - 7pm
Egress: November 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS/REMINDERS
1. Only goods and services described in the merchant’s application may be sold during the event. Any changes in the products being sold must be approved by the organizer.
2. All food vendors must adhere to the health and safety regulations imposed by local authorities. Proper food handling & hygiene must be ensured by the merchant.
3. Merchants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the organizer may result in removal from the event without a refund.
4. The organizer is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of property.
5. The booth layout will be determined by our team and will not be finalized until five days before the event. Please note that the layout remains subject to change up until this time.
6. This is to ensure that competing brands are not placed next to each other and that brands using appliances are positioned closest to the sockets.
7. Merchants requiring electricity or additional utilities must request these services in advance (food booths have priority).
8. Tables and chairs are not provided by the organizers. Merchants must bring their own tables and chairs, but chairs may be borrowed from the Living Room (limited supply).
9. Merchants must bring their own extension cords if needed
